last Net.rtl8169 has problem with restart   
Last Driver Net.rtl8169 has a problem with restart. We need to slay it for some test purposes and to start it again 
without rebooting. When we start it again - machine is hang-up permanently without any reply.
Older version was mulfunctioning, but restarts stable. 
We address this problem by starting older version, but it is not good.
 - size of Net.rtl8169 older version about 45 kB
 - size of Net.rtl8169 newer version about 180 kB

confirmed 
network is unstable with last (188430byte) driver.
