This would be implemented in next CDT called light-weight re-factoring, it would not scan all these files
I don't know any current workarounds

More digging in Momentics 6.5 GUI shows that the "Paths and symbols" does not exist anymore, instead you have to go to "
Properties/QNX C/C++ Project/Compiler/Category/Extra include paths".
