What do I need to set PATH+=, ARCH, LIBPATH, Include path, etc to to compile from the shell prompt for a cortex-A9 
processor?

Getting closer:

QNX_HOST=x86 QNX_TARGET=cortex-a9 make OS=QNX6 CC=/opt/qnx650/host/linux/x86/usr/bin/arm-unknown-nto-qnx6.5.0-gcc-4.4.2
