using:
 svn checkout --username <userid> http://community.qnx.com/svn/repos/core_networking/trunk

i get:
 svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/repos/core_networking/trunk': authorization failed: Could
 not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge (http://community.qnx.com)

I also could not update  a version that I checked out Sept. of last year (same error).

QNX source code access policy seems to have changed, see:
