I have a vald login and I am trying to download code for some utilities but  I keep getting permission denied errors. 
Can someone please help.

Following is the error I get

Additionally it also links to a form required to download Restricted

Gervais,
             I work for AECL and I have worked with you before if you remember. I was able to get code from OS project 
before. Do I need to fill that form as well? I should have access as well
