i have a c/c++ project that was developed using QNX4 version.
If i were to use QNX 6.4, and import files from the previous version of QNX, what changes would i need to make, if any, 
to have a successful build of the project?

Depends on the code, could go from a simple recompile to a redesign. QNX6 is not source compatible with QNX4.
