Will the latest product suite support install to SATA drives i.e. has it got the Fsys.atapi driver built in?

Yes, it contains the Fsys.atapi driver.

But you need to change the BIOS on SATA Drive to Legacy ? I question this because many motherboards doesn´t have ide 
support now, so we wiil need to install QNX directly to native SATA. Can we do this ?

Even of the board only has SATA interfaces, it should still have an option in the BIOS to configure it for legacy or 
AHCI.
