PowerEdge R200   
Trying to load QNX4.25 on too a PowerEdge R200
Fsys.atapi is crashing just after it starts loading the rest of the OS.

How is the IDE interface setup in the BIOS? If it is setup as AHCI, it
won't work. It has to be set to compatible mode. Please also supply the
'show_pci -vv' output.

Hugh,

Have to figure out how to load the QNX first...the CD-ROM drive is SATA 
too so the product suite wont boot either.
I took the drive out of Dell 860 and dropped it into new machine to 
test. Maybe I can do something in the boot image.
The BIOS only allows ATA mode.

Hugh,

The atapi driver wont start, so dont have anyway to dump show_pci 
output....Tried creating a stripped
down .boot with Dev and Dev.ser running but the boot process does not 
seen to allow piping so cant pipe output of show_pci to serial line
...is the source for show_pci available could mod it to write directly 
to /dev/ser1

Do you have QNX 6.4? If so, I can send you a boot images for QNX6 to
boot from a USB stick.

No I have not upgraded our software to QNX6 and I have no licenses for it.
I am still trying to get a moded version of show_pci to run and dump its 
output directly to the serial port.
Runs fine from command prompt but seems to halt after detecting PCI 
version when stuck in the boot file
