Hi Avinash,

Before you send us your motherboard, is there any setting in the BIOS to
turn off Plug 'n Play? If there is, then please turn it off and try the
drivers again. If not, then you can send the board to QNX for my
attention. I cannot tell you whether there will be any charges involved
until I have had a look at the board. If there is any significant
development effort involved, then we will have to quote you on this
work, but hopefully it might just be a simple fix.

Here is my address:

QNX Software Systems,
175 Terence Matthews Crescent,
Ottawa. ON. Canada.
K2M 1W8.

Thanks, Hugh.

Hi Hugh

I beleive that the problem lies with the new motherboard. Because i have
put the realtek card in my previous server and it loads fine.

If we need to send you a motherboard. What is the process that needs to
be followed. Also are there any costs involved in this certification
exercise.

Hi Hugh

what would the process be for me to send the board to you. Also could you give me an indication what the costs would be
for the certification exercise.

Hi Avinash,

Please can you send me an e-mail to hsbrown@qnx.com. I don't want to put
this information into a public forum.

Thanks, Hugh.
