4hr time difference between QNX 6.3.2 and 6.4   
We have both 6.4 and 6.3.2 installed on one computer, I just noticed that when time is 11:50am in 6.4, it will show 3:
50pm in 6.3.2. Timezone is same. A technical support guy tell me to install daylight patch for 6.3.2, but I checked 
website, that patch was released in 2007, and 6.3.2 already include that patch. Anyone can help?

I had to install the patch, and also set my TZ environment variable to:

EST05EDT04,M3.2.0/2,M11.1.0/2
