Hi, I would like to create an mbuf with cluster size to be 4K or 8K bytes. (Seems default is 2K). Is there anyway to do that ? Can I use sysctl to change kern.mbuf.mclbytes? Thanks a lot! Yurong
The sysctl is read only. All sorts of things would break if this changed out from under other drivers. You can change it on the command line with: # io-pkt -p tcpip mclbytes=4096 But your driver should also handle the defaults. -seanb On Fri, Mar 09, 2012 at 11:24:51AM -0500, Yurong Sun wrote: > Hi, > > I would like to create an mbuf with cluster size to be 4K or 8K bytes.
