How to run example resource manager?

Hi,
   Im new to QNX, and so this is the basic question on running programms. 
I've just compiled Example resource manager in Momentics IDE running over Neutrino on x86 machine. I don't find any 
executables in o-g directory. 
1. Can someone help me out in running the sample resource manager.

2. Some generic view on writing resource manager.

I have just created and compiled an Example Neutrino Resource Manager Project with my Windows-based IDE and the 
executable was created as expected.
