Core OS support for PPC e500mc for the following components:

• libstartup.a (startup configuration and initialisation code)
• procnto-booke (uniprocessor kernel)
• procnto-booke-instr (uniprocessor instrumented kernel)
• procnto-booke-smp (multiprocessor kernel)
• procnto-booke-smp-instr (multiprocessor instrumented kernel)

This feature does not require any changes to the legacy design as defined in QMS3201. The work involves introducing new configuration tables to define the new hardware to the existing ppc support in the kernel.

There are no implications for the Safety Manual resulting from this change.
