I'm new to this but I recently got access to QNX SDP 7.0 for school.

The old instructions said plugin files could be found in C:\QNX641\host\win32\x86\usr\qde\eclipse\plugins (qnx.com.tools
.*) but I cannot find the qde folder in my 7.0 installation. Was this moved?

It also appears that the Momentics IDE should be installed with it. I'm not sure where to access that application either
. It may have been uninstalled when I took the old 6.5 stuff off.

How did you get access to sdp 7.0? If it is via QNX Software Center you can download it as a package
If you admin redistribute it - they have to install it for you and give the installation path

Ok I have redownloaded Momentics for 7.0 from Software Center.

I believe the plugin data is under C:\QNX\QNX_Momentics_IDE\features\com.qnx.tools.ide_7.0.4.x

What is the actual question? Why you need plugins? There are features.
In you want to install momentics inside another eclipse you need both - you can point to installation location
