A/B (Dual Copy) Booting in QNX.   
I'm looking to setup a A / B (Dual Copy) boot sequence with QNX. Are there any documents, or working examples, on how to
 set this up?

Not sure what you actually want to achieve, could you be more specific?

Do you want to have primary IFS for normal operations, and boot from secondary IFS in case of some abnormal condition?

Which QNX version are you using?

Which hardware platform are you using?
