I used QNX4.25 and now it's time to migrate on QNX6
I've read migration guide, installed qnx6.5 SDP (win32 host).
But now i can't undestand how i should install mig4nto.qpr on this platform?
I don't see any way ;(((

Please explain in what way i can use mig4nto.qpr. Thanks.

I don't think mig4nto.qpr is supported anymore. A qpr file is basically a tar file with some extra stuff, but we no 
longer provide the package manager that works with that type of archive. Even if you do manage to install it, you might 
not be able to use the contents. Your best bet is to read the Migration Guide that accompanies that archive, or see this
 appendix in Getting Started With QNX Neutrino:
