QNX neutrino RTOS 6.6 installation issue on VMWare

Hi,
    I have installed QNX SDP6.6 and SDK for Apps and Media1.0 on windows 7. I have downloaded the VMWare image of QNX 
neutrino runtime system and tried to install it on VMWare. Currently I am getting some error while installing QNX 
neutrino RTOS on VMWare. Here I am attaching the screenshots of the error and the VMWare details FYI.

Please find the documents attached.

Any solution for this will greatly appreciated.

Probably something is not right with your virtual machine.  Can you please go through the process of creating a new one 
and letting the installer from the QNX iso run?  Please tell us exactly what options you are choosing in vmware as you 
create the VM.
