This old standard unix utility was part of QNX4 and shows up in docs from earlier versions of Neutrino, but it's not 
there now, and it isn't in the Utilities Reference. What happened to it? I'm trying to port an app that uses it in part 
of it's configuration.

It was missing from some releases (PR# 13570). It should be included 
with QNX 6.4.
