When I try to debug a dump file I get an error "Error creating session" with the details "Exec error: Launching failed" 
repeated three times.

I am running Momentics 4.01 and using the 2.95 compiler.  I am limited to that compiler at the moment due to a library I
 need to use.

There is apparently no documentation on postmortem debugging so I am really lost at this point.

Any ideas on how to go about debugging the debugger?
