I wanted to build libcurl library and it needs ar utility. I cannot find the same for both x86 and arm platform. Is it 
possible to provide the entire binutils for x86 and arm so that I can continue with my work.
/usr/bin does not contain ar utility. Check that folder if you face the same issue
