I am new to QNX and was wondering if there is a feature/tool that can be used to manage the insertion and removal of USB
 devices or other devices detected at startup.  I need a way to manage the available devices after they attach, 
configure them and possibly prioritize various connections/devices.  I have found enum-devices which seems like a Linux 
udev like feature. Are there other features/tools that I might consider as well?  Thanks for the time and help.
