I'm glad to help you with qnx4.

I think you try to select and download several releases at once. If so 
then it's absolutely normal behavior. You'll be able to download selected 
when you switch into release. For example:

http://community.qnx.com/sf/frs/do/viewRelease/projects.qnx4/frs.network_drivers.net

At this time there is only one file in each release in this project.
