I burned the last uptate of QNX 4 Product Suite 2011  and re-install(refresh) my system.
Already, the Lancard is enabled and functional on only 3ComC905 Ethernet network.

Keep in mind that the QNX 4 Product Suite July 2003 is too old. The QNX 4 
Product Suite 2011 is available:

Sorry, I don't understand what is mean "I can't use network adapter"? Please, 
make this clear.

Please, execute following commands:

# show_pci -vvv > show_pci.txt
# slay Net
# nettrap query > nettrap.txt
# nettrap start
# sin ar > sin_ar.txt
# sin ver > sin_ver.txt
# sin ir > sin_ir.txt

Send me show_pci.txt, nettrap.txt, sin_ar.txt, sin_ver.txt and sin_ir.txt.
