What is the usage of the namespace SAT in the QFC, how can I use this? Is this includes the performance monitoring and/
or the Performance Counters API? I don't find any documentation regarding the SAT in the QFC Class Reference document.

I need to get the information of how well the operating system or an application, service, or driver is performing and 
to determine system bottlenecks and fine-tune system and application performance. Need to represent a view of how well 
the system is performing. How can I do this in QNX or using QFC.
