although qnx offers the Momentics IDE, I can not use the IDE to do second development,

for exemple,I want to fetch the simulinking data in the qnx target machine,and draw them in lines or other methods 
showing,even though save them.

I  want to know whether qnx offers the interface functions to communicate with the qconn in the target machine,so I can 
use these interface functions in visual c/c++ programms to fetch data from the target system,and then draw them in lines
 or save them 

Can anyone help me
