can't rename target in TFSN   
In the TSFN view right clicking on a target, selecting the rename option does nothing.

Fixed. Reference bug ID is 67092. It will be in next integration build.

qconn has to support it too. 6.3.2 one does not.

Why does qconn has to be involved with the renaming of the target?

Sorry I thought you talking about renaming files, which was recently added. Target as a project - it is not involved.
