hi all,
When i try to FTP 127.0.0.1, it asks user name and password.
I am using as the root, i have not created any user.I found the password for root in /etc/ftpusers file. When i enter 
that password, it says invalid login.Is that the password required to enter or else someother password i have to enter? 
Am i going in the proper way?

I got the problem solved, it seems like i cannot use root and do FTP.
So i created new user and done FTP.

Reading the manual on ftpd would have probably save you some time.  Although it's not pointed out for you  http://www.
qnx.com/developers/docs/6.3.2/neutrino/utilities/f/ftpd.html the answer is in the /etc/ftpusers file.
