Say I added make target to the project and somebody else also added a make target and he committed his changed. Then I
do the update, close the project and then open it again, the project seems to be corrupted. Although I can see the
make target I can`t run them.
The "just don`t let it merge in file" is was I was afraid I would get as an answer. I mean it`s the kind of thing that
can`t be asked to user. It will happen, somebody is going to forget to not do it. It`s also not documented. Since we
started using Eclipse I`v had lots of people coming to me for support trying to understand what was going on. It`s only
recently that we`ve discover what is going on.
