Adding JDT and Plugin development to the QNX SDP

What is the best approach to install JDT and plugin development to the QNX SDP 6.4? I didn't find a package of plugin's 
that I can simply add to the IDE. On http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ are just bundles (Eclipse + plugins) available 
for download. But I want to avoid installing a second IDE. An URL for Help->Software Update wound be nice.

The Eclipse SDK (JDT & PDE) is not included in the SDP installer to reduce the size. It is posted to the IDE update site as a separate update component. You can use "Help -> Software Update -> Find new feature" and select the Momentics update site.
