qconn   
Not sure if it already does it, but it would be nice if qconn and related tools could use some compression.  We are 
planing on using qconn remotely to access customer system.  The IDE just downloaded a 186 meg file kev file (4 second 
profile).  Compressing it with gzip ( not even talking about 7zip) reduced it down to 50Meg.

There is a feature request already logged to add compression support to 
tracelogger .. which presumably would also
bubble into support for compression in the IDE .. and then qconn 
hopefully =;-)

Keep in mind that qconn is a security hole because it lets anyone run
applications as root.
