Activation, issue IDE Version: 4.7.0   
IDE Version: 4.7.0
Build id: 201006232051

On startup, I repeatedly get the activation request dialog.  
- I activated successfully with my email (Activate Now).
- Upon clicking done and closing the dialog, I immediately get another dialog asking me to activate again.
- After trying several times, it tells me that "Your activation extensions have now been exceeded for ....."

Solved, need to activate in administration mode in w7.

caveat... now I find myself needing to run everything in administrator mode.  This is an imperfect solution.

change permission on all files recursevely to add yourself
