Timeline color code doesn't look right

See attached document for screen snapshot of IDE tau-alpha under Windows.

At the right of the cursor the line for save_server.exe is pink and 12 line thick.  Yet in the Timeline State Colours 
this combinaison doesn't exists.

My guess is that it's because the thread is running on CPU #2.  If that is the case I beleive the Timeline State Colours
 should indicate it?

Already logged as a PR 41981 ... which when the tracker comes
on line you should be able to follow.
