As I understand it, the IBM Rational ClearCase 7 software distribution
already provides Eclipse integration:

The QNX Momentics 6.4.1 IDE is based on Eclipse Platform 3.4.2 and
Eclipse CDT 5.0.2, so you should be able to install the ClearCase 7
Eclipse plug-ins into your IDE if they work with these versions.

Although the QNX Momentics IDE does not provide out-of-the-box support
for ClearCase as it does for Subversion, I would expect it to work.  I
cannot offer any assurances, though.
