Problem hiding the cursor for PtScrollContainer scrollbars
When I try to change the cursor (Pt_ARG_CURSOR_TYPE) of a PtScrollContainer to none (Ph_CURSOR_NONE), the cursor still
appears when it's over the container's scrollbars.
Am I missing something?
