I have the SCSI-2 Common Access Method Transport and SCSI Interface Module specification, but I'm unable to clearly 
understand the prototype for simq_init().

Does anyone have a reference (even if it is handwritten) of the various xpt and cam methods used by io-blk and devb 
drivers?

If only for starters, I'd like to understand what is contained by the parameters of simq_init if possible.
