I have freescale's MPC8323E-RDB board. I want to implement file system for PCMCIA CompactFlash card.

Can anyone please tell me which file system will be possible to implement on PCMCIA CompactFlash and will be most 
suitable considering wear leveling and any other performance.

Is it possible to implement any windows file-system? (e.g. FAT)
