What it is and what can it do for me?
Hi Mario, We have some internal documentation that I just posted on the OS wiki, which can be accessed from the 642 OS Features page: http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.core_os/wiki/6.4.2 OSFeatures Direct link: http://community.qnx.com/sf/docman/do/downloadDocument/projects.core_os/ docman.root.user_documentation/doc1854?logged=1 It should answer most of your questions. Have a great weekend! Interesting. The document doesn't make it clear how to handle the size of the read. How big the buffer should be, what if the read isn't big enough to hold the data. I can see how you deal with this in nonblocking but what about blocking mode. Very nice usage of the power of path space ;-) > -----Original Message----- > From: Chris Travis [mailto:community-noreply@qnx.com] > Sent: Friday, July 31, 2009 2:59 PM > To: ostech-core_os > Subject: RE: Persistent Publish Subscribe > > Hi Mario, > > We have some internal documentation that I just posted on the OS wiki, > which can be accessed from the 642 OS Features page: > http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.core_os/wiki/6.4. > 2 > OSFeatures > > Direct link: > http://community.qnx.com/sf/docman/do/downloadDocument/projects.core_os > / > docman.root.user_documentation/doc1854?logged=1 > > It should answer most of your questions. > Have a great weekend! > Chris > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Mario Charest [mailto:community-noreply@qnx.com] > Sent: Thursday, July 30, 2009 5:22 PM > To: ostech-core_os > Subject: Persistent Publish Subscribe > > What it is and what can it do for me? > > > > _______________________________________________ > > OSTech > http://community.qnx.com/sf/go/post34971 > > > > > _______________________________________________ > > OSTech > http://community.qnx.com/sf/go/post35099 >
The Returns section of psparse() isn't very clear on what it return. Seems from the example that it return the index of the matching attrs vector? > -----Original Message----- > From: Chris Travis [mailto:community-noreply@qnx.com] > Sent: Friday, July 31, 2009 2:59 PM > To: ostech-core_os > Subject: RE: Persistent Publish Subscribe > > Hi Mario, > > We have some internal documentation that I just posted on the OS wiki, > which can be accessed from the 642 OS Features page: > http://community.qnx.com/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.core_os/wiki/6.4. > 2 > OSFeatures > > Direct link: > http://community.qnx.com/sf/docman/do/downloadDocument/projects.core_os > / > docman.root.user_documentation/doc1854?logged=1 > > It should answer most of your questions. > Have a great weekend! > Chris > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Mario Charest [mailto:community-noreply@qnx.com] > Sent: Thursday, July 30, 2009 5:22 PM > To: ostech-core_os > Subject: Persistent Publish Subscribe > > What it is and what can it do for me? > > > > _______________________________________________ > > OSTech > http://community.qnx.com/sf/go/post34971 > > > > > _______________________________________________ > > OSTech > http://community.qnx.com/sf/go/post35099 >
