I have customized board with QNX Neutrino operating system  in it. but now i am trying to get back to factory setting 
BIOS (advised by manufacturer), But when ever i try to load Factory BIOS , I am seeing this "ERROR : can't analyze the 
IIM information" 

I am trying to reflash the bios using Bootable DOS USB,As advised by vendor

can any one help me on this please
