How can the above message appear?
Memory corruption? Memory full? Or a bug in the termer thread?

It occurs while I try to edit a short file with vi. When doing a "dd" to delete a line, vi crashes with a memory fault 
and on the console the "Termer thread crashed with signo 11" is printed.

Any ideas?
