Any guide such as "QNX RTOS for Dummies"........?

I am completely new to QNX and would like to know whether there is any documentation such as "QNX RTOS for Dummies" 
because the available IDE user guide seems complicated to understand. 

I dont know to run even the simple hello world program in the Windows host IDE(though i know c/c++ programming).

It is a little aged, but
most of this infos you get there are still valid.
