Problem with the BSP for the AT91SAM9263

i have some problems with compiling the BSP.

I use QNX Momentics IDE 6.3.2 on Windows XP

With the IDE i can compile the BSP in an .ifs format but i need a binary file, so i tried the commandline under windows.

In this case the compiler tells me that there where two errors so i cannt run the mkflashfile script on it.
I also tried to run the script in the image-directorie where the IDE has created the .ifs file
hope you can help me with this problem

I know that i can change it there but the fact that the ide makes an .ifs image confuse me a bit. i had suposed it would
 be then .bin or .raw
