I'm currently downloading 6.4 in order to see what's new in QNX land, but when I went to go register for a permanent non
-commercial key for 6.4, I was told I already had one. Does this mean that I can keep using my license key from 6.3 or 
does it mean the system is somehow confused?

Please don't post messages in Russian here.

If you need a license key, you need to register on qnx website (https://www.qnx.com/account/login.html#showcreate) and 
apply for a license through web-site.
