RE: Phindows and PtOsContainer
Hi Massimo. You are correct the Phindows 2.20 display should show the
contents of the PtOSContainer. I don't know why it isn't. Are you sure
the phrelay running on the target is the most up to date one from 6.3.2?
Is the target little-endian? I'm assuming it's x86.
There are more recent versions of phrelay and Phindows available which
may resolve your problem. There is also a fixed Photon server available
that will allow offscreen contexts to appear on the local LCD screen as
well as in Phindows. Contact me directly if you want to try these latest
fixes.
Regards,
Max (a.k.a. Massimo :)

Subject: Phindows and PtOsContainer
Hi,
I've a target with QNX 6.3.2 runnig a Photon application that conatins a
PtOs Conataniers which contanis a PtBargrphWidget.
When I connect Phindows to the taget I cant' see the bargraph image
neither in Phindows nor in the local LCD screen. If I move the
PtBargraph outside the OsContanier it's correctly disaplyed both in
Phindows and in the local LCD.
To coonect phindows I use:
phindows.exe -t11.0.0.199 -n/dev/photon
Phindows version is 2.20.
Should not this version of Phindows resolve problems related to
PtOscontaniers?
Thanks
Max

Well if you can't see it on the Local LCD screen then I would not expect it to working in Phindows...
