When attempting to call resmgr_attach() while running under the debugger it is returning a -1.  I'm assuming this is due
 to not running as root.  If I run the program on the target from the command line as root it runs ok.  So, how do I run
 as root under the IDE?  The documentation says that "By default, all programs launched from the IDE run as root."  This
 does not appear to be true.  

Have I missed a setting somewhere?
