In the CPU System Monitor, there are network bars for TX and Rx. In the Setup screen, there is a checkbox that selects 
display "log/log scale for network bars". When this box is unchecked we see 0% network utilization. When it is checked 
we see up to more than 50% (constantly changing, as expected). We are closer to 0% than 50%. but not zero.

What is this telling us? Why the big discrepancy? I can't find any documentation that tells me anything about this 
feature.
