Does anyone know why the example presented in the chapter of the function PdCreateDirectContext fails with a 
segmentation violation during the execution of the PdCreateDirectContext call?

Please take a look at the attached code; I made it from the help page too. This code works for me, please let me know if
 still crashes for you.
