Net.rtl8169 not work on second interface

Hi ! 

motherboard SA22BR16 has two realtek network device ( vid=10ec,did=8168)

Net.rtl8169 -I0 -l1 &
Net.rtl8169 -I1 -l2 &

First interface ( on l1 ) work well.

Second ( on l2 ) has problem : FIFO Overruns During Rx .
Can't connect  to any station on net.
The SEND possibly works ( i see  mac address in netmap of partner) .

Net.rtl8169  from 05.05.2011.

Does  anybody have new version ?

There is  no difference :(((
And netsniff  is silent  on the l2 interface (no packets - and in promiscuous mode too).

There is a second problem. Driver not work  if interface connected to 10Mbit HUB  ( Cabletron ).
 Auto-negotiate is not work - nicinfo show:  Media Rate -0Mb/s  HDX
 "Net.rtl8169 -s10 -v"   not work too - Link Down.
 At the same time netsniff shows broadcast packets from Windows stations.

Unfortunately there isn't much that I can do about this without the
hardware, as we don't have this particular version of the 8169 chipset.
