Setting background from command line

I have a script that sets my wallpaper in FVWM to the local radar image.  I used xv to do it.  I would like to be able 
to see the same thing while I am working on my assignements in QNX.  I know I can set the wallpaper using the configure-
>appearance->background but I need a command line method so that my cron will work and set wallpaper to what I got off 
the weather site.

Anyone know the command line method for setting my wallpaper on QNX?

When you get your new image you need to update the $HOME/.ph/wm/wm.cfg.
Change the 'image=<path to an image>'  to what you need.
Once this is done, send a SIGUSR1 to the bkgdmgr. You can do it like this:
slay -sSIGUSR1 bkgdmgr
