We're using the Rocketport card that has RJ connectors on the back. The ports are set to not use handshaking. We've
found that, if the handshake lines are terminated at the card, but not at the other end, the serial port delivers nulls
interspersed with the connected serial device's data to the software, and upon occasion can even hang as if flow control
is active. If we remove the handshake lines altogether, the card works fine.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? I'd appreciate any comments.
Thanks,
Kevin
