I've got a PC with the serial ports provided by the Oxford OX16PCI954 chip, which is supposed to implement quad 16950 
UARTS. I can't get this to work with devc-ser8250. If anyone has anysuggestions about other drivers or BIOS settings or 
whatever, I'd appreciate hearing them.
